Biography:  

“Yacht Crew Net” has been launched as a division of Bay Yachts, Inc.  Renette Hodges joins Bay Yachts, dually, in yacht and ship sales as well as launching and managing crew placements.

While spending 30 years raising 5 fabulous children, Renette spent 20 years in business development and management in chiropractic and massage therapy.  After moving to San Diego 7 years ago, she found a new passion in and on the water and was introduced to the yachting industry.  She has spent the past 5 years in crew placement, boat yard lead generation/sales, and purchasing/sales in boat building.  With Bay Yachts, she is returning to her passion which involves dock walking, industry events, travel and matching crew with captains and owners across the world.  Yes, that’s Yacht Crew “Nettie”….a bit of a matchmaker!!
